Yesterday, we experienced a longstanding YLC tradition, Olympics
Day! It has been around since YLC’s early beginnings. Each team was assigned a
color; red for Team A, orange for Team D, blue for Team E, and yellow for the
Outlets which is still the only team with a name! The team members slathered
each other with face paint. We started the day with a classic event, the
javelin throw, which is actually a water balloon toss. Plenty of events
followed, making the day a very fun and also a bonding experience for many of
us. It also had plenty of laughs, high fives, and a sense of competition! It
was also a wonderful experience for myself! I really hope Olympics Day will
continue to be an event for as long as YLC will remain.

Getting all pumped up for battle!
The Outlets are ready!
Wade Green proudly holds his team's flag.
Nice capture of the Outlets' skit about Olympics.
Guess what happened next?
While blue team is putting 100% effort during tug of war, I spy Rimel cooling off!
